Return & Exchange Policy

At Zechàre, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, bodysuits) for hygiene reasons


2. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send your return without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Zechàre is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@zechare.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank account

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
